As a qualified Sports Scientist and experienced Personal Trainer I have worked with professional athletes, developing their performance, enhancing their technique and motivating them to achieve their goals. I have also worked with not-so-professional athletes(!) developing weight loss programmes, toning and conditioning routines and fitness improvement programmes. I am committed to the health and fitness profession, continuously building on my expertise and experience – most recently attaining my CrossFit level 2 training certificate and building the very box we work from. My sole aim and focus is to constantly improve my ability in order to help you attain your goals.
