Having worked in the fitness industry for over 5 years now, my personal training career has taken me all across Scotland. I have had great experience in learning from other well known fitness professionals. This I use in turn to provide the people I work with the best support and training, which can be specifically tailored to them. I’ve worked alongside sportsmen and women pushing for excellence. However, I work mostly with people who are about to begin their exciting journey into the world of health and well being. My approach to training is to make sure that the foundations of fitness are put in place. This allows the people I work with to have the upmost confidence within themselves, an in their ability.
My focus is to help build a fantastic community within Omnipotent CrossFit, creating a coaching environment that people love to be involved with. I take every person I work with seriously, tailoring training and nutrition to get the most out of everyone.
