Having worked in the fitness industry for over 5 years now, my personal training career has taken me all across Scotland. I have had great experience in learning from other well known fitness professionals. This I use in turn to provide the people I work with the best support and training, which can be specifically tailored to them. I’ve worked alongside sportsmen and women pushing for excellence. However, I work mostly with people who are about to begin their exciting journey into the world of health and well being. My approach to training is to make sure that the foundations of fitness are put in place. This allows the people I work with to have the upmost confidence within themselves, an in their ability.
I always seek to better myself, physically as well as mentally. Currently I am working alongside like minded coaches across the UK with Combined Strength Group. I have a very strong nutritional background which has been developed from working with Body Type Nutrition, The Nutrition Academy, and Phil Learney at ACA Academy.
My focus is to build a legacy within Omnipotent CrossFit, creating a coaching environment that people will aspire to be involved with. I take every person I work with seriously, tailoring training and nutrition to get the most out of everyone. However, I do know that training has to be fun, so I hope that you are looking forward to me teaching you to enjoy becoming, and staying healthy.
